The overall experience was quite okay. The nursing staff was okay. The food was amazing. House cleaning staff was good. I am quite disappointed with the billing department and pharmacy, The people at the desk were not able to explain the final charges which created alot of confusion and chaos. The discharge was supposed to be around 11 am but the process took atleast another 8 hours due to delay by the staff. One more thing to mention the medicines are too costly and there is no discount provided by the pharmacy and we are being forced to purchase it from the hospitals pharmacy itself which is not fair. The security guard who used to attend the females in the economy ward was very rude. There were several instances where things could have been escalated because of her. Rest everything was quite good
